Has come to the conclusion that Phil Demmel is the fucking man? He joined Machine Head after their weakest album and having been dropped from their label, then over the next three albums they go on to produce the best material of their careers. It seems to me that he is the major force behind the revival of that band.
Inane waffle being spouted from the mouth of a mad man, not meant to be taken seriously. Ever. Even when I want to be.
On a more serious note, my name is Jay, this place is a bucket for all sorts of crap that I pick up on my journey through life and around the internet.

I loves my music especially, but not limited to, metal, I have an immature and ever so rude sense of humour, I also enjoy a lot of sport, mainly football, both viewing and playing.
